   Placed the batteries in and tried some functions. Worked for about 3 seconds to adjust the volume then nothing. Tried turning off the TV and that worked, but could not get it to turn it back on. The unit did not come with any instructions so I went on line to seek help. Followed the suggested steps and the same thing happens. It worked to turn the TV on and make one volume adjustment then nothing. Wouldn’t turn off the TV. Still unable to resolve the problem. Very disappointed.

   4/5/14 Update: I contacted the seller directly through Amazon and got an email straight away. I clarified my problem and they immediately sent me another unit which works perfectly!!! I am a very pleased customer so I’m changing my rating from 1 to 5 stars on this item.
