   I bought this without knowing my Samsung’s TV model number (TV fastened to the wall), it was a bit of a guess, but the remote works well. It really is a universal remote for 2011-2012 TVs

   The remote works well, but I reckon you sent me the incorrect one (or did I order the incorrect model number??). I was sent model # AA59-00638A, and I should’ve been sent model # AA59-00652A, which has a few more functions, e.g. a closed caption button. But no harm done. The model I got works well, and I just had DIRECTV installed, which has a closed caption feature on the screen.
