   When the antenna input jack on my Samsung 46-inch flat screen failed I was left with no choice but to attempt a repair myself. It is over 150 miles to an authorized service center. I located TV Service parts online through a Google search and called them. Their representative was extremely helpful in identifying the needed part. (It was the main board) Upon receiving a groundbreaking new genuine part 3 days sooner than expected I learned from the information sent with the order that this programming remote was also needed to complete the repair. Finding it listed on Amazon I ordered it. The same quick shipping and careful packing as the first order was received 3 days later. The installation and setup with the remote was completed in less than an hour and the the TV is now in perfect working condition. The customer service is exemplary, and I couldn’t be more pleased.
