   I ordered this remote because the one that came with my blu Ray didn’t work. Sadly this one didn’t either. But, the customer service I got was superb! They emailed me to question if I was satisfied and when I told them it didn’t work they walked me through troubleshooting before sending me another one. They truly wanted me to be satisfied with the product.
