   We ordered several of these replacement remote controls but upon receipt we learned they are white, not black as needed. They’re compatible but the incorrect color. The site nor the product description don’t make a distinction in color. Had we known we wouldn’t have ordered.

   It works exactly like the ancient one did, with the benefit of not currently being lost. Strangely, the ancient one did not show up the day this was delivered. So it’s not only functional, it’s immune to Murphy’s Law as well.
